Shipping policy

Standard U.S. & International shipping rates vary and are determined by the weight of the product(s) shipped & your location. All orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of purchase.

If your order includes a handmade item (all handmade items will have handmade* in the description), please allow 1-2 weeks for your item to be individually hand crafted for you before it is shipped out.

You will be sent a confirmation email once your order is placed & a second email with your tracking number once the order has shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at shop.theredlands@gmail.com & we will look into your order. Once your package has shipped, delivery is expected within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) depending on your location.

Please note, once your order has shipped out, The Redlands is no longer responsible for the package. If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, reach out to your local post office with the tracking number.
